چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی چالش‌های ارائه خدمات روانی‌اجتماعی به سالمندان آسایشگاهی انجام شده است. این مطالعه موانع ارائه خدمات به سالمندان وابسته و مستقل را شناسایی کرده است.
این پژوهش کیفی با روش تحلیل تماتیک تفسیر شده و گرد‌آوری داده‌ها با مصاحبه نیمه‌ ساختار یافته پس از رسیدن به اشباع با 18 نفر از ارائه کنندگان خدمات روانی‌اجتماعی در شهر تهران انجام شده است.
چالشهای ارائه خدمات به سالمندان وابسته شامل دو تم و 5 مفهوم بود. تمهای جسمانی نگری ارائه دهندگان خدمات و محدودیتهای جسمی و روانشناختی سالمندان وابسته، بیانگر نادیده گرفتن نیازهای روانشناختی سالمندان وابسته است. در ارائه خدمات به سالمندان مستقل نیز 3 تم و 14مفهوم به دست آمد. این تمها عبارت بودند از غیر همراه بودن خانواده، آشفتگی در فرایند خدمت دهی و مقاومت در سالمندان. در این سالمندان، هرچند انتظار می رفت،بتوان خدمات روانی اجتماعی بهتری ارائه داد، اما به علت عدم همکاری خانواده، امکان ارائه خدمات کم می شد و از سویی فرایندهای خدمت دهی به اصول ارائه خدمات پایبندی قابل قبولی نداشت و این امر مقاومت سالمندان را تشدید می کرد.
چالشهایی که ارائه دهندگان خدمات در فرایند خدمت دهی تجربه می کردند، شامل ضعفهای در زمینه روشهای خدمت دهی، شیوه های تعامل، دیدگاههای غالب در خدمت دهی و محدودیت خلاقیت برای ارتباط گیری با سالمندان و فراتر رفتن از رویه های جسمانی خدمت دهی است و هنوز توانبخشی به معنای روانی اجتماعی در خدمات به سالمندان آسایشگاهی جایگاهی ندارد و خدمات عمدتا در حد توانبخشی پزشکی باقی مانده است.

This study aimed to identify the challenges of providing psychosocial services to older people residents in care homes. It examined the barriers to delivering services to both dependent and independent older people residents.
This qualitative research was interpreted using the thematic analysis method. Data collection was conducted through semi-structured interviews with 18 psychosocial service providers in Tehran, reaching saturation.
The challenges of providing services to dependent older people residents included two themes and five concepts. The themes of service providers’ physicality-oriented approach and the physical and psychological limitations of dependent older people residents highlighted the neglect of their psychological needs.
In the case of independent older people residents, three themes and 14 concepts emerged. These themes included lack of family support, disorder in the service delivery process, and resistance from the older people . Although it was expected that better psychosocial services could be provided to this group, family non-cooperation reduced service delivery efficiency. Moreover, the service delivery process lacked adherence to proper service principles, which further intensified the resistance of older people residents.
The challenges experienced by service providers in the process of care delivery included weaknesses in service methods, interaction approaches, dominant perspectives in service provision, and limited creativity in engaging with older people residents. Additionally, moving beyond a purely physical approach to service delivery remains challenging. Psychosocial rehabilitation has yet to find a significant place in care home services for the older people , with services remaining predominantly within the scope of medical rehabilitation.
