چکیده

مقدمه: با وجود اهمیت نقش مددکاری اجتماعی شغلی در سازمان‌‌ها، این مهم در کشور ایران به‌صورت تخصصی در تمامی سازمان‌‌ها تعریف نشده و بسیاری از سازمان‌‌ها‌ی بزرگ فاقد تخصص مددکاری اجتماعی شغلی هستند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارتقاء سطح شناخت از حیطه‌ی مداخله‌‌های مددکاری اجتماعی شغلی فراهم آمده است و تلاشی در جهت غنا بخشیدن به ادبیات تخصصی این حرفه است.
روش: از روش مرور نظام‌‌مند و برای جستجو از کلید واژه‌‌های برنامه‌ی کمک به کارکنان، مداخله‌ی مددکاری اجتماعی شغلی، مددکاری اجتماعی صنعتی، بدون محدود کردن زمان، تا سال ۲۰۲۱ در بانک‌‌های اطلاعاتی مختلفی استفاده شد. ۴ کتاب و ۱۹ مقاله برای بررسی و تحلیل بیشتر انتخاب شدند.
یافته‌‌ها: مداخله‌‌های مددکاری اجتماعی شغلی درچهار سطح خرد، میانه، برونی و کلان بر پایه‌ی نظریه‌ی سیستم‌‌های بوم‌شناختی اکولوژیکی انجام می‌‌شود. در سطح خرد رسیدگی به مسائل و مشکلات فردی، در سطح میانه توجه به افراد در گروه‌‌های مختلف و در سطح کلان سیاست‌گذاری‌‌ها و برنامه‌ریزی برای سازمان و جامعه و در سطح بیرونی، آسیب شناسی محیط شغلی حائز اهمیت است.
نتیجه‌گیری: رفاه و پیشرفت در هر کشوری در گرو تکیه بر نیروی انسانی ماهر و کارآمد برای بهره‌گیری هرچه بیشتر و بهتر از سرمایه، منابع و امکانات جامعه است. بنابراین ضرورت و اهمیت حرفه‌‌ی مددکاری اجتماعی شغلی رخ می‌‌نماید. از طرفی پیچیده‌ شدن روابط فرد در سازمان‌‌ها و جوامع، انسان‌ها برای افزایش سازگاری خود در محیط‌های شغلی به فرد متخصص در این زمینه نیاز دارند، مددکاری اجتماعی شغلی در دو بخش پیشگیری و درمان این نیاز را برطرف می‌سازد.

Introduction: Despite the importance of the role of occupational social work, this important issue in Iran is not defined professionally. the present study aims to improve the level of knowledge of the occupational social work interventions and is an attempt to enrich the specialized literature of this profession.
Method: This research has been done by review literature method. To search for the keywords employee assistance program, industrial social work, occupational social work intervention, without time limit, until 2021 in different databases were used. 4 books and 19 articles were selected for further review and analysis.
Results: Occupational social work interventions are performed at four levels: micro, meso, macro and exo based on the theory of ecological systems. At the micro level, addressing individual issues and problems, at the meso level, paying attention to individuals in different groups, and at the macro level, policies and planning for the organization and society and at the external level, the pathology of the work environment are important.
Conclusion: Welfare in any country depends on relying on skilled and efficient employees to benefit more and better from the capital, resources and facilities of society. Thus, the necessity and professional importance of occupational social work arise. On the other hand, the complexity of individual relationships in organizations and societies, human beings need an expert in this field to increase their adaptation in the work environment, occupational social work in both prevention and treatment addresses this need.
