چکیده

هدف:با توجه به تأثیر معلولیت بر ابعاد مختلف اجتماعى و اقتصادى جامعه و نیز بر زندگی اجتماعی فرد دارای معلولیت، مطالعه و تحلیل جنبـه‌هـای مختلـف ایـن گروه از جامعه الزامی به نظر می‌رسد. این مطالعه با هدف مرور نظام‌مند پژوهش‌های مربوط به ابعاد اجتماعی معلولیت در ایران انجام شد.
روش بررسی:پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعات مروری نظام‌مند و جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمام مقالات پژوهشی حاصل از مطالعات کمّی و کیفی انجام شده در کشور ایران بود که در رابطه با ابعاد اجتماعی معلولیت به زبان فارسی و از سال 1378 تا تیر ماه 1398 منتشر شده‌اند. به منظور دستیابی به مطالعات مرتبط با موضوع، کلیدواژه‌های اجتماعی و ابعاد اجتماعی، معلولیت، استثنایی، نیازهای ویژه و کم‌توان در پایگاه های علمی مرتبط جست‌و‌جو و پس از غربال در مراحل مختلف، 26 مقاله مورد مطالعه عمیق قرار گرفته و تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها:از مجوع تعداد 26 مقاله، 10مقاله به روش کمی، 12 مقاله کیفی و 4 مقاله به روش آمیخته صورت گرفته بودند. ابزار استفاده شده شامل 8 پرسشنامه ی محقق‌ساخته و 15 پرسشنامه‌ی آماده بود.اطلاعات 16 مقاله نیز از طریق مصاحبه و تشکیل جلسات متمرکز بدست آمده بود.گروه هدف77% مقالات افراد داری معلولیت جسمی- حرکتی، 15% حسی(نابینایی و ناشنوایی) و 8% ذهنی بودند.همچنین دو مقاله (8%) با تمرکز بر ابعاد اجتماعی معلولیت زنان صورت گرفته بود.
نتیجه گیری:نتایج نشان داد که معلولیت بر بعد اجتماعی زندگی افراد تأثیرگذار است ویافته های حاصل از این پژوهش می تواند موجب شناخت همه جانبه ی این افراد و افزایش آگاهی در این زمینه گردد.

چکیده [English]

Aim: Considering the effect of disability on social and economic dimensions of society and on the social life of a person with disability, the study and analysis of various aspects of this group of society seems necessary. The purpose of this study was to systematically review research on social aspects of disability in Iran.
Methods:This study was a systematic review study. The statistical population of the study included of all research articles from quantitative and qualitative studies conducted in Iran that were published in Persian on social aspects of disability from 1378 to July 1398, in order to achieve Related studies, keywords including social and social dimensions, disability, exceptional, special needs and disabilities were searched in the scientific databases. After screening at different stages, 25 articles were studied in depth and analyzed.
Results:Out of 26 articles, 10 articles in quantitative method, 12 articles in qualitative method and 4 articles in mixed method had been done. Used tools included 8 researcher-made questionnaires and 15 ready-made questionnaires.Also Information on 16 articles was obtained through interviews and focus group meetings. The target group 77% of the articles consisted from persons with physical-motor disability, 15% with sensory impairment (blindness and hearing loss), and 8% with mental disability. Also, two articles (8%) focused on the social dimensions of women's disability.
Conclusion:The results showed that disability affects the social dimension of people's lives .The findings of this study can lead to a comprehensive understanding of these people and increase awareness in this field.
