چکیده

مددکاری اجتماعی به عنوان یک حرفه یاورانه سالهاست که در سطوح فردی، گروهی و جامعه‌ای و برای گروه‌های هدف مختلف، جایگاه و نقش‌های خود را به تناسب نیاز مخاطب خود تعریف نموده و به رسالت خود در زمینه‌های مختلف پرداخته است. یکی از گروه‌های هدف مددکاری اجتماعی، کارکنان شاغل در صنایع است که یک جامعه فرهنگی و اجتماعی مختص به خود را تشکیل می‌دهند و دارای آسیب‌ها و نیازمند کمک‌های یاورانه مرتبط با خود هستند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناخت نقش آفرینی مددکاری اجتماعی در حوزه صنعت است. این پژوهش، یک مطالعه کیفی در چند شرکت صنعتی است که از مددکاران اجتماعی با سابقه‌ی بیش از سه سال فعالیت در صنعت و با معیار اشباع داده‌ها با ده نفر از افراد صاحب نظر و مرتبط با موضوع به صورت هدفمند و با مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته انجام گرفته است. داده‌ها به روش تحلیل مضمونی مورد تبیین واقع شده اند. نتایج نشان داد که همة مشارکت کنندگان بر اهمیت و نقش مددکاری اجتماعی صنعتی و ضرورت آن تأکید داشتند. سه مضمون احصاء شده عبارتند از: حرفه ای گرایی صنعتی، مددکاری کل نگرانه، و پایش سازمانی. نتیجه این پژوهش می‌تواند در تبیین خدمات مددکاری اجتماعی در سیاستگذاری های حوزه رفاه کارکنان در شرکت‌های صنعتی، مؤثر واقع گردد.

چکیده [English]

Social work as a helping profession has defined its position and roles for many years at the individual, group and community levels and for different target groups in accordance with the needs of its audience and has addressed its mission in various fields. One of the target groups of social work is the employees working in industries who form a cultural and social community of their own and who have injuries and need related assistance. The aim of the current research is to know the role of social work in the field of industry. This research is a qualitative study in several industrial companies, which was conducted by social workers with more than three years of experience in the industry and with the criterion of data saturation with ten people with opinions and related to the topic in a targeted manner and with semi-structured interviews. The data have been explained by thematic analysis method. The results showed that all participants emphasized the importance and role of industrial social work and its necessity. The three themes analyzed are: industrial professionalism, holistic support, and organizational monitoring. The result of this research can be effective in explaining social work services in policies in the field of employee welfare in industrial companies.
