چکیده

سازمان تامین اجتماعی به عنوان بزرگترین سازمان ارایه دهنده بیمه های اجتماعی در کشور، مدام در حال تعامل با محیط درونی و بیرونی است. این موضوع، تامین اجتماعی را به سوی تهیه و اجرای یک برنامه بلند مدت و بهینه رهنمون می کند. این تحقیق به دنبال ایجاد چشم اندازی نوین بر اساس تغییرات محیطی صورت پذیرفته و با دیدگاهی آینده‌پژوهانه می‌باشد. تحقیق حاضر بر اساس نوع داده کمی- کیفی، با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و بر اساس هدف تحقیق کاربردی است. جامعه آماری، مدیران، خبرگان و ارباب رجوع سازمان تامین اجتماعی است که برای تعیین حجم نمونه از جدول مورگان استفاده شد. با توجه به تعداد جامعه هدف، خبرگان سازمان 13 نفر بوده تعداد کارکنان، 60 نفر و تعداد ارباب رجوع نیز 300 نفر بعنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شده اند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش دلفی، رویه تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی و برای تعیین راهبرد نیز از روش SWOT دیوید استفاده شده است. ابزار آماری روشهای یاد شده نرم افزار spss می‌باشد. نتایج تحقیق، ارائه یک چشم انداز نوین برای سازمان تامین اجتماعی با در نظر گرفتن مولفه‌های ساختاری سازمان، ارتباط با ارباب رجوع، کیفیت زندگی کارکنان سازمان و توجه ویژه به آینده متغیر سازمان است

چکیده [English]

. The Social Security Organization, the largest provider of social insurance in the country, is constantly interacting with the internal and external environment. This on it provide social security to the preparation and implementation of a long-term and optimal plan. Accordingly, the present study seeks to develop a new perspective based on environmental changes and with a futuristic viewpoint. The present study was applied based on the quantitative and qualitative data type and based on the research purpose. The descriptive-analytical method was used for doing research. The statistical population of the study is the managers, experts and clients of the Social Security Organization, which will be used to determine the sample size from the Morgan table, and according to the number of target community that is the organization's experts, of which 13 are. In the dimension of employees of a community organization, 60 employees were randomly selected, and in the customers' perspective, 300 of them were selected as the statistical population. To analyze the research findings, the Delphi method, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory, and David's SWOT method have been used to determine the strategy. The statistical tools of the mentioned methods are SPSS STATISTICS 21.0 software. The results of this study provide a new perspective for the social security organization by considering the structural components of the organization, communication with the client, the quality of life of the organization's employees and paying special attention to the changing future of the organization.
