The precise question in this article is how is sex related to understanding pain and how to deal with it? To answer this question, Grounded Theory and Semi-structured Interview Techniques were used. The sample includes 34 people who live in two neighborhoods of Taavon and Sadi in Semnan city. Targeted sampling and theoretical sampling were used for sample selection. Findings showed that the types of pain were identified in four paradigms (traditional health behavior), beautiful and fit body (modern health behavior), the body as a tool, and return to nature (postmodern health behavior). For women, especially in the traditional paradigm, the body as a tool of many pains is natural and completely feminine to endure. Men do not believe in natural pain. Imposed pain is seen between the sexes. In women, the imposed pain is more severe and is related to their feminine nature, but men associate the imposed pain with their breadwinner role. In the paradigm of a beautiful and well-proportioned body, women consider women's pain to be imposed, accept and endure the pain. In the paradigm of returning to nature, pain is also denied and is considered as a kind of consciousness.

One of the most fundamental social damages in Iran is the marginalization in large cities. Empowering these people is not possible with purely government resources and requires the use of empowerment methods based on social entrepreneurship (SE). On the other hand, due to the presence of multiple stakeholders for co-creation, there are many challenges when it comes to implementing SE. There is, however, little evidence as to how the process of SE works. The present study, using a participatory action research strategy to analyzing the SE cycle of "poultry self-sufficiency" aimed at empowering and creating jobs for the disadvantaged and the marginalized in parts of Tehran, Iran (Farahzad and Khavar Shahr) as a sustainable solution. In this action research, key activities undertaken during the four segments of the SE cycle were analyzed by the researchers. The results of the action research are as follows: 1- creating jobs for people with few or no skills; 2- eliminating the cycle of poverty 3- stabilizing the process by linking different parts of the organic supply chain 4- effectively changing the process of benevolent assistance. The results showed that SE has the greatest effect when actors in different parts of society contribute and cooperate.

This study aimed to assess the application of a task-centered model in social work on children labour’s tendency to high risk behaviors. Trough using a Randomized Controlled Trial, 30 children labour aged 13 15 years with higher risk behaviors based on Iranian adolescent risk questionnaire were recruited in to the intervention and control groups (each one = 15). We applied the intervention based on Professor Garvin's (1974) task-centered group protocol during 10 sessions. Iranian questionniar of tendency to high risk behaviors was used to measure dependent variables, comparing pre, and post measures between the groups and within each group. ANCOVA test was applied to analyze the data. The results showed that in pre-test, there were no significant differences between the groups in term of tendency to high risk behaviors and its dimensions and its domains but in post tests, there were significant differences. In conclusion, the task-centerd model in social work can be effective in reducing the high risk behaviours among children labour.

The present research seeks to examine the pathology of the organize of the earthquake occurred in Sarpul-e-Zahab city with emphasis on people's participation in the process of helping the injured people in the first week following the incident. Semi-standard interview followed by theoretical saturation was exploited for data collection. The statistical population comprised of the native aid workers of Sarpul Zahab in the first week of aid provision to the injured, and the participants were selected through theoretical-purposive sampling. To analyze the findings, the interviews were first analyzed based on the content analysis, then were coded, and finally the findings were semantically reconstructed in the form of 11 major categories. According to the findings, it is concluded that, in the case of happening such events, it is necessary for aid workers, injured persons and official institutions, regarding knowledge, skill and information, to be socially mobilized in order to find a common understanding of the actions and interactions essential during and after the earthquake. The role of NGOs and women in such events should also be taken into account.
