The dispersion of study results reveals the need for research on the consequences of social support to achieve a relatively comprehensive picture of the findings and challenges. The purpose of study is classification of the variables related to the consequences of social support in Iranian society. The method used is systematic review. The statistical population included published scientific articles addressing issue of social support and its consequences. Related articles were searched in Iranian scientific databases. Based on the inclusion criterion, the most relevant articles with the objectives of the study (40 articles) were selected. To access the data of the articles, the data extraction worksheets were designed and adjusted in the form of twelve indicators and were completed based on the coding and annotations of each worksheet. After reviewing and comparing the worksheets for each article, the obtained data were collected and analyzed as well. A systematic review shows that the variable of social support as the variable studied in this study has been studied in relation to 18 variables; The variables identified as social support consequences in the reviewed studies are classified and summarized in four types of physical consequences, psychological consequences, social consequences and cultural-attitudinal consequences. Psychological, social, and cultural-attitudinal variables separately have the highest frequency in 12.5% of cases and physical variables in 2.5% of cases have the least importance among the authors of the researched researches. Mental health and quality of life were the most repeated among the consequences of social support in the reviewed articles.

The data were analyzed in the SPSS environment. The research findings show that all three main variables, i.e. social capital, cultural capital and quality of life, do not have a favorable status among the respondents. However, the social capital capacity of the studied elderly (with a total score of 63.29 out of 120 points) was much higher than their cultural capital score (11.90 out of 81 points). Also, the total score of the elderly for the quality of life was 64.05 and the maximum score considered for this variable was 105, while the findings show that there is a correlation between all dimensions of social capital and cultural capital with quality of life.the variable of social participation and then the variable of the network of social relations as one of the dimensions of social capital had the greatest effect on the quality of life of the elderly. One of the most important responsibilities of social workers is economic support of the needy patients based on professional evaluation and diagnosis. The present research is a qualitative contractual content analysis. Data was collected from 18 social workers of the headquarters, universities of medical sciences, and medical centers, following focused group discussion (FGD) method with multiple-question design. The findings obtained from analyzing the codes, subcategories, and themes/category were grouped as poor intra-organizational cooperation and collaboration and irresponsible inter-organizational challenges influential on the discount topic. The inter-organizational dimension involved topics such as the weakness of hospital HIS system, interference of others in recording the discounts, poor instructions, occupation of social work posts by graduates of other majors, poor documentation, lack of personnel and facilities, lack balance between the authorities and responsibilities, and the unfamiliarity of health workers with the nature of social work. The inter-organizational dimension included the poor performance of other supporting organizations, growing social paths and undocumented immigrants, insurance role, lack of attention to some of the vulnerable groups, imposed expenses, growing visits to public hospitals, and the culture of using public resources. According to the findings of the study, different factors influence the amount and type of the economic support that the social workers provide for the needy patients and this fact imposes a great expense into the healthcare system of the country. On the other hand, it has deprofessionalized the social work profession and created a negative and low level perception towards it in the society.

Although examining psychosocial well-being is very important for all ages, exploring it in childhood is doubly important because of the aging of the personality at these ages. The target group in this article is the children of care centers, whose welfare challenges are more and it is necessary to investigate them. Here, the source of data collection, or in other words, the research community, is 16 caregivers of childcare centers who were interviewed in the spring of 1401. The method of qualitative study, thematic analysis, and the tool of data collection was the group interview method. . 4 semi-structured focused group interviews were used in this research. Data analysis was done using three-step coding based on the Strauss and Corbin method. Based on the teachings of the qualitative method, four criteria of Lincoln and Goba, including reliability, transferability, acceptability, and verifiability, have been used for the validity and accuracy of the work. Finally, they have become three final categories, from which the primary content is abstracted, and finally, they form three final themes, which include emotional-psychological impasses, fragile social well-being, and the dominance of negative reality over positive expectation. Based on the findings, it can be said; The psycho-social well-being of children in boarding centers is not favorable and their care has been reduced to basic needs and they do not consider current and future favorable conditions, so there is a need for comprehensive programs that meet all the needs of children and their ability to Consider a redesign.
