The Relationship between Social Capital and Social Support among Patients with Diabetes in Yazd Seyed Alireza Afshani[1] ,Nafiseh Mohammadi[2] Received: 03/01/2017 Accepted: 17/06/2017 Abstract This study seeks to examine social support in patients with diabetes in Yazd and its relationship with social capital. It is a cross-sectional study on 245 diabetic patients who had referred to diabetes clinics in Yazd. The sample was selected through random convenience sampling. Data were collected using the multidimensional perceived social support (MSPSS) by Zimet et al (1988) and the social capital questionnaire was developed by the researcher. Data analyses were done using descriptive statistical tests, frequency distribution tables and tests (test t, Pearson correlation coefficient) using SPSS (Version 20). The results showed that social support in patients with diabetes was more than average and the social capital index was around average in Yazd. The Pearson correlation coefficient of social support and social capital dimensions are: social trust (r=0.218), social norms (r=0.184), social networks (r=0.277) that are statistically significant. The results indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between social support and social capital dimensions and with an increase in social capital, social support increases. The population included all female household heads referring to the health houses in region 18 of Tehran. Thirty subjects were selected through available sampling and assigned randomly to experimental and control groups (n1=n2=15). The methodology was semi-experimental. The resilience and happiness of all subjects were measured by questionnaires of resilience and happiness in a pretest. The skills of self-awareness and emotional management were taught to the participants in the experimental group in 14 sessions. The resilience and happiness of all subjects were measured in a posttest and follow-up. Data were analyzed by ANCOVA and T test. The results indicated that training in skills of self-awareness and emotional management can significantly increase the resilience and happiness of female household heads (P < 0.01). In addition, results showed that the effect of intervention in the follow up was maintained. The results provide some evidence suggesting that training in [1]. A Study of the Relationship between Social Capital and Social Happiness among the Youth of Dehlorn, Iran Abdolhosein Kalantari[1] , Amrollah Keshavarz[2] , Hassan Momeni[3] Received: 28/4/2018 Accepted: 9/12/2018 Abstract Social capital provides a backdrop for vitality and happiness of the society via elements such as participation, social trust and social solidarity. This study sought to investigate the relationship between social capital and social happiness among the youth aged between 18 and 30, in the city of Dehloran in 2017. The theoretical foundation of the present study was the views of major experts in social capital, including Putnam, Coleman, Bourdieu, and Mazlow. A quantitative correlational research design was utilized for this study. The population included all the youth aged between 18 and 30, from which 400 were selected as the sample through cluster sampling. To collect the required data, the standard questionnaires of social capital used in the NationalCenter for Social Observatory (2015), and the modified Oxford Happiness Questionnaire were employed. To test the hypotheses, multiple regression and structural equation modeling (Lisrel software) as well as factor analysis were used. The results suggested that there was a direct positive relationship between social capital (trust, universalism, moral values and attributes, participation, give-and-take, national affiliation, life satisfaction and sense of security) and social Happiness. The size of the relationship was about 57%. The mean values of social capital and social happiness of the sample were 3.90 and 3.68, respectively which was slightly over the medium level. In addition, the relationship between demographic variables (age, marital status, education and gender) and social happiness was investigated. Age, marital status and gender were significantly related to social happiness; while, no relationship was found between education and social happiness. Addiction and substance abuse are one of the social issues that are constantly on the rise. The consequences and damage that the family and the society bear as a result of women’s drug addiction is far more profound than that of men. The purpose of this study was to understand the social experiences and consequences of drug abuse in women. The theoretical saturation criterion was conducted with 25 women in the semi-structured in-depth interview camp .Using a thematic analysis, the data collected was categorized and interpreted based on the research questions and objectives. The findings of this study were presented in four main themes in the four areas of women's addiction experiences, camp experience, addiction outcome, and from experience to outcome. The results show that the age of onset of addiction is decreasing. Furthermore, changes in the type of substances abused have occurred. The onset of addiction for women and girls is not just from home and the family, but also the role of friends.

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the structural relationships of the contexts, consequences and how to face celibacy through the perception and subjective meaning of people who are involved in this process. In this research, some theories consistent with the topic of this research, centered on the theories of Bourdieu, Giddens, Silver and Goffman, who have a constructivist view of identity, have been used. The research method is mixed (exploratory-sequential design type). The statistical population of this research included two qualitative and quantitative parts. In the qualitative part, in-depth and semi-structured interviews were conducted with 21 young single people living in Ahvaz city who were selected by snowball sampling. In the quantitative part, the statistical population of this research was 345 unmarried girls and boys over 30 years old. Data collection was done by questionnaire method and random sampling method. In this study, the most important factors affecting the feeling of rejection and isolation from the perspective of the activists were identified, which are: distorted identity, poor conditions, evasion of responsibility, not knowing the necessity of marriage, objects of humiliation (shame), requirements for camouflage, seeing other people's bitter memories, institutionalized signs, lost fantasy, lack of infrastructure, fluidity of relationships, support of families and irresponsible upbringing, active activism of the subject in rethinking the body and Commodification of marriage. Finally, the results of this research showed that distorted identity is the most important factor in the feeling of social exclusion.

The main issue of this interpretative letter is the opinion of the women of Kermanshah on why the phenomenon of street harassment occurs in this city. This problem is exploratory and the macro analysis has paid attention to the macro relationships surrounding this phenomenon. The research method corresponds to exploratory topics and relies on the theory of contexts. Data collection has been done with semi-structured interview technique and sample selection with theoretical ideas and problem selection. Research has categorized the data by coding categorical steps to uncover hidden meanings.The result of the research with the categories of what is harassment, the result and its characteristics, why the phenomenon, the type of intruders and solutions to solve it, harassment is caused by the difference in socio-economic location of perpetrators and victims. According to respondents, intruders are of low social level, uneducated, lacking skills and have people who are trying to make up for it with street harassment. Harassment can have such features based on the background and social type of the perpetrators, with mutual respect and equality of both sides. Social relationships beyond gender and the relationship between the two sexes are the main cause of the phenomenon of street harassment, and the way to reduce it is equality for everyone in access to basic needs, including marriage.

Abstract
In the past four decades, Iran has hosted the largest population of foreign immigrants, mostly from Afghanistan and Iraq and currently, Iran ranks as the second country in accepting the most Afghan immigrants after Pakistan. After safety and economics, education is one of the most important factors in attracting Afghan immigrants to Iran. Public schools, universities, literacy movements, private schools, and charity schools in Iran have made education possible for all migrants with any social status or level of education. However, this education is tied to difficulties such as family economic issues, providing identity documents, deliberate obstacles, personal preferences, religious concerns, disagreement of local people, etc. This paper studies the situation of educational integration and the difficulties regarding the habitation of afghan immigrants in Shahrak-e Qaem in Qom who have formed half of its inhabitants. The author used interviews and participation along with observation for gathering the data. This data is extracted from the research on immigrants' lifestyles, and is visualized based on qualitative analyses of their experiences in domains such as studies, social networks, economics, and bureaucracies.

Abstract
Over the course of history, death, in addition to life, has been a social phenomenon of major concern for human beings. Sudden demise, among other things, disrupts mental health, social interactions, and family relationships of the bereaved. Although there is a huge body of research on demography, burial, and rituals of death, few researchers have addressed sociological aspects of death in detail with reference to social and cultural backgrounds of how the bereaved behave in the event of sudden demise, the process of self-deconstruction, and the role of supporting agents such as relatives. The aim of the present study was to identify the behavior pattern of the bereaved and their relatives in the event of sudden death and the role the relatives played in the deconstruction process. Allied to this, a qualitative approach and the Grounded Theory were employed to collect the data. The bereaved who lost their loved ones within 4 months to 4 years ago gave in-depth unstructured interviews. The data were analyzed via open, axial, and selective codings. Afterwards, the results and findings were presented in tables in a story line based on the paradigmatic model. The results showed
that the connections between the bereaved and their relatives and the consequent behavioral and emotional exchange shaped certain dynamisms. These dynamisms signified the establishment of a dualism about the emotional expectations of the bereaved from their relatives resulting in the emotional deconstruction between them.

One of the most fundamental social damages in Iran is the marginalization in large cities. Empowering these people is not possible with purely government resources and requires the use of empowerment methods based on social entrepreneurship (SE). On the other hand, due to the presence of multiple stakeholders for co-creation, there are many challenges when it comes to implementing SE. There is, however, little evidence as to how the process of SE works. The present study, using a participatory action research strategy to analyzing the SE cycle of "poultry self-sufficiency" aimed at empowering and creating jobs for the disadvantaged and the marginalized in parts of Tehran, Iran (Farahzad and Khavar Shahr) as a sustainable solution. In this action research, key activities undertaken during the four segments of the SE cycle were analyzed by the researchers. The results of the action research are as follows: 1- creating jobs for people with few or no skills; 2- eliminating the cycle of poverty 3- stabilizing the process by linking different parts of the organic supply chain 4- effectively changing the process of benevolent assistance. The results showed that SE has the greatest effect when actors in different parts of society contribute and cooperate.

The current research aimed to study the effectiveness of social group work remedial model with reality therapy approach on social adjustment of people improved from addiction.The study to quasi-experimental method with pre-test and post-test design on two groups (control and intervention) with one-month follow-up. The statistical population of the study all participants in the self-help group Rahpooyan Rahaei Tehran Branch after the initial leave of abuse. Everyone were assessed in term of social adjustment. Then, 30 people whose social adjustment score was lower than other people in this group and had the criteria to be studied, were randomly divided into two equal groups of control (n = 15) and experimental (n = 15). The experimental group was education in 8 sessions of reality therapy intervention according to the remedial model of social group work. During this period, the control group did not receive any intervention. After completing all sessions and complete training, post-test (Wiseman and Pickel social adjustment questionnaire) was performed on two groups. Descriptive and inferential statistics (analysis of covariance) were used to analyze the data.The results showed that there was a significant difference between intervention and control groups regarding the social adjustment and its dimensions. The scores were increased in intervention group after intervention and in follow-up.In conclusion, social group work remedial model with reality therapy approach has a significant positive effect on social adjustment of improved from addiction.Keywords: social adjustment, improved from addiction, reality therapy approach, social group work remedial model

The Relationship between Family Social Capital and Prosocial Behaviors (Case Study: Yazd University Students) Seyed Reza Javadian[1] , Fatemeh Zeydabadi Nezhad[2] Received: 29/9/2017 Accepted: 2/10/2018 Abstract The purpose of this study was to see the relationship between family social capital and prosocial behaviors in students, because family members play an important role in the re-production and re-distribution of social capital and in strengthening the prosocial behaviors and the sense of altruism in children. The statistical population was all students at Yazd University in 2014-2015. The sample (372 students) was selected through random convenience sampling. Data was collected through Prosocial Tendencies Measure Revised and social capital questionnaire which was developed by the researcher. Data was analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient, T test and regression. The results showed that students' prosocial behaviors was more than average (M=78.4). The Pearson correlation coefficients of social capital dimensions (intimacy, monitoring, social participation, social norm, effectiveness, environmental trust, institutional trust) and students' prosocial behaviors, are statistically significant. Results also indicate that social norm, environmental trust, social participation, institutional trust and monitoring can explain up to 17 percent of the dependent variable. Violence has been a global issue that has always been the focus of scholars. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between health-based lifestyle and domestic violence. In this survey, a researcher-made questionnaire was used to measure domestic violence and a standardized questionnaire by Lali and Abedi (2012) was used to measure health-based lifestyle. For this purpose and in order to find out the relationship between health-based lifestyle and domestic violence based on Cochran formula, 384 married women in Yazd city were surveyed using a multi-stage cluster sampling and questionnaire. The results also showed that among all aspects of health-based lifestyle (physical health, exercise and health, weight and nutrition control, disease prevention, psychological health, spiritual health, social health, drug and substance avoidance, accident prevention, and environmental health). There was a significant inverse relationship between housework and women. The results showed that two important aspects of health-focused lifestyle were highlighted. One is weight control and nutrition and the other is exercise and wellbeing. Basically, women who exercise, even if they are subjected to violence, can better maintain their morale and continue to seek new solutions to prevent violence.

Aim: Considering the effect of disability on social and economic dimensions of society and on the social life of a person with disability, the study and analysis of various aspects of this group of society seems necessary. The purpose of this study was to systematically review research on social aspects of disability in Iran.Methods:This study was a systematic review study. The statistical population of the study included of all research articles from quantitative and qualitative studies conducted in Iran that were published in Persian on social aspects of disability from 1378 to July 1398, in order to achieve Related studies, keywords including social and social dimensions, disability, exceptional, special needs and disabilities were searched in the scientific databases. After screening at different stages, 25 articles were studied in depth and analyzed.Results:Out of 26 articles, 10 articles in quantitative method, 12 articles in qualitative method and 4 articles in mixed method had been done. Used tools included 8 researcher-made questionnaires and 15 ready-made questionnaires.Also Information on 16 articles was obtained through interviews and focus group meetings. The target group 77% of the articles consisted from persons with physical-motor disability, 15% with sensory impairment (blindness and hearing loss), and 8% with mental disability. Also, two articles (8%) focused on the social dimensions of women's disability.Conclusion:The results showed that disability affects the social dimension of people's lives .The findings of this study can lead to a comprehensive understanding of these people and increase awareness in this field.

AbstractHuman, value and moral systems are the common theme between existentialism philosophy and social work profession. Therefore, the present research has been studied for comparative investigation and the answer to the main question of the research that what is the situation and application of existentialism philosophy in the values and principles of social work. The method of the current research is fundamental-theoretical, strategy used is interpretive strategy and logical reasoning, method of collecting information is library and documents. Based on the comparison of the main concepts existentialism with the values and principles of social work, it can be said these two areas are convergent and aligned in the categories of freedom and discretion, responsibility, individuality, self-awareness, self-determination, participation and emphasis on alteration, transformability and human empowerment. These common categories are the principles that social workers should pay attention to in their interventions in order to improve the quality of life, increase adaptation and solve the human problems.

Having disabled child among family, has heavy mental and social burden on this family. father who is the head of the family and as direct responsible, feels this burden some more than others. The aim of this study is understanding the lived experience of fathers with mentally disabled children with qualitative method and relying on interpretive phenomenology and its important theorists such as: Husserl, Heidegger, Merleau-Penty, Schutz, Foucault, Bourdieu and Van Manen. Sampling procedure is an aimed sampling which careful interviews with twenty fathers who had disabled child and were under supporting of welfare department in the city by supposing criteria such as wing with disabled child at home , satisfied with being interviewed and other criteria ware conducted. The data ware analyzed based on double hermeneutics and the participants textual descriptions transformed into structural descriptions. The results led to recognizing of central category named responsibility of father having disabled child and three main contents inclined responsibility to persons, family and society. The findings consisted of negative individual experience , psychological and mental injuries including stress, anxiety, depression, life Satiety, family experience such as having inappropriate relationship with wife and children, being children with together, social experience including stigma, social exclusion and isolation, heavy pressure of Finance and economy. Attention to the lived experience of fathers instead of mothers was an important innovation of this research. The family is the main factor of socialization in any society. As children get older, the role of peers becomes more prominent, and along with these two important factors, the media and religious actors provide the ground for socialization. The aim of this study was to investigate the role of socialization factors and the tendency to risky behaviors among Kashani citizens based on the approach of social learning theory. The research method used in the present study was a survey and the statistical sample of the study was 552 citizens of Kashan based on the Cochran's formula and selected as the final sample by possible sampling method commensurate with the volume.The reliability of the questionnaire was based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient and its validity was based on the opinions of academic experts. Pearson correlation test and paired t-test were used to perform inferential analysis and measure the relationship between independent and dependent variables using SPSS 25 software. The findings of the study indicate that the tendency of citizens to high-risk behaviors was moderate and boys were more inclined to high-risk behaviors than girls. Also, the test results of hypotheses between socialization factors including family factor, peer relationship and media vulnerability with high-risk behaviors were significant and positive, and age and religiosity variables had a significant and inverse relationship, and finally socio-economic status variable with high-risk behaviors. It has nothing to do with it, the independent variables explained a total of 33% of the changes in the variable of risky behaviors.

The research is a practical one in terms of purpose, and it is based on the analysis of existing social barriers for the creation of vigor at universities, and for identifying, compiling and prioritizing strategic and operational programs. Data collection was conducted using a study method, a targeted observation, semi-structured interviews, as well as document review related to the strategic and operational programs of universities in the period of time
between 2016-2018. The research methodology is a qualitative one based on the analysis of 20 university expert responses, and it uses the Colaizzi method for social vigor-creating of members, open and axial coding. Based on the findings of the research, the narrative of the grounded theory of social vigor-creating, which explains the social vigor of the human resources of universities, was as follows: universities can create social vigor by establishing strategic human resource management under the influence of three necessary and sufficient conditions for the development of positive psychological resources of members, support for family and social responsibilities of members, and the maturing-oriented structure strategies through empowerment branding of university members in the target population. It is hoped that the reflection of the latter would be presented in the blossoming of talents and educational, research, and administrative dynamics of university members (production and scientific sharing) as well as respond to the social and contextual needs (qualitative, specialized, knowledge, and monetization) of universities.

The aim of this study was to compare mental health, social capital and gender role identity of user and non-user students in social networks. The method of this research is descriptive-comparative. The statistical population of this study included all gifted high school students in Tabrizthat of these, 120 students according to scores of 23-46 in the mobile-based social network addiction questionnaire as non-user students and 120 students with scores higher than 46 in the questionnaire as user students after matching and using Multi-stage and purposive cluster sampling methods were selected. Data were collected using Goldberg and Hiller (1979) Mental Health Questionnaire, Putnam Social Capital (2000) and Bem Gender Identity (1974). Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of varianceThe results of multivariate analysis of variance showed that there is a significant difference between user and non-user students in social networks in terms of mental health, social capital and identity of gender role. In addition, the results of Scheffe post hoc test also showed that social network users have significantly lower mental health (p=0.001) and social capital (p=0.003) than non-social network users, as well as gender role identity and they also have a more attenuated gender role identity (p=0.001). Findings of this study help to recognize the very important differences between users of social networks and non-users of these networks in terms of mental health, social capital and gender role identity and highlights the need to promote mental health, social capital, and the gender role of students using social media.

This study aimed to investigate the lived experience of getting out of emotional dependence in individuals with substance abuse. This was a qualitative study which used thematic analysis. The target population was all members of the Association of Anonymous Addicts in Yazd; a total of 10 people were purposefully selected to participate in the study. A semi-structured interview was conducted until the interviews were saturated. The data analyzed using continuous comparison and open, axial and selective coding. Findings showed that the experience of anonymous addicts members about emotional dependence includes 2 main categories "incompetence" and "self-destruction" and 11 basic categories "Weakness in the protection of individual and interpersonal borders","extreme dependency","fear of loss","failure in rupture","extreme service","lack of sufficient determination","low differentiation","lack of intellectual and emotional independence", "vulnerability", "low self-esteem" and "surrender". Findings showed that addicts who have emotional dependence have problems without the presence of the other person. They feel inadequate without the person they belong to, and they also act like a victim and hurt themselves for fear of rejection.

Increasing marital tensions, mental health problems of some married women, and increasing extramarital affairs raise the question of how effective sexual dissatisfaction in women is in these tensions and what are the consequences of these failures? In some studies, although this issue has been addressed from different dimensions, but the lack of a comprehensive psychological and sociological perspective on the consequences of female sexual failure is evident, so in this article, married women understand sexual failure and its effects. It deals with individual, interpersonal and social.The qualitative research approach and the method of conducting it were in-depth interviews and the findings were analyzed with a phenomenological approach. For the interview, samples were consciously selected from women referring to counseling centers. A total of semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with 35 people in one- to two-hour sessions to reach saturation.The results of the interviews were categorized into four main categories of perception of failure, individual consequences, interpersonal and social consequences, which showed different perceptions of married women about sexual failure and caused a reaction. چون Anxiety, depression, isolation, conflict, emotional divorce, desire to have an extramarital affair.

Fatalism is believing in the impact of superhuman power or external forces like chance/luck in life. This research was conducted for a comparative study of fatalism among disabled and non-disabled people. In this research, a survey method was used. 200 people with physical disabilities, cerebral palsy (CP) and blindness and 200 non-disabled people from Yazd in 2018 were selected. Available quote sampling method was used to select disabled people and systematic cluster sampling was used to select non-disabled people. Data collection tools include the responsibility scale of Ahmadi Akhorme et.al (1392), the ability of Peterson and Seligman (2004), Weissman & Beck`s (1978) dysfunctional attitudes and researcher questioner made by fatalism. Data were analyzed in two independent groups by statistical mean difference, T-test, Pearson correlation, ANOVA and multivariate regression test. The average fatalism is 48.3 in disabled people and 45 in non-disabled people. The result of hypothesis showed that the measure of fatalism is higher in disabled people. In disabled people, there was a significant/meaningful relationship between fatalism and the studied variables such as education (with meaningful level, age, severity of disability, inefficient attitudes, empowerment and responsibility. In non-disabled people, there was a meaningful relationship between fatalism and inefficient attitude variables and empowerment, but there wasn’t any significant relationship between fatalism and other studied variables. The result of regression analysis showed that inefficient attitude variables and ability had the greatest effect on fatalism in disabled and non-disabled people and only people and only 16 percent of Variance explains fatalism.
