The status and care of the elderly are now one of the most critical issues in society. The goal of this study was to explore the attitudes of women in Shiraz City towards elderly care and also the generational disparity between these attitudes. The statistical population of this study included women 20-55 years old in Shiraz which is grouped into two generations of 20-34 years and 35-55 years old. The respondents including 384 females were selected through stratified sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and both descriptive and inferential statistics were analyzed using the SPSS. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient was computed to check the validity of the research scales (attitudes towards the elderly, attitude towards caring for the elderly, religiosity, and, relationships within the family). The findings revealed that there is a significant difference in the attitude of two generations of women towards caring for the elderly and that people belonging to the younger generation have a more positive attitude towards elderly care. Attitudes towards aging, supportive family relationships, being a householder, family size, and age were significant variables determining attitudes towards caring for the elderly.

. The Social Security Organization, the largest provider of social insurance in the country, is constantly interacting with the internal and external environment. This on it provide social security to the preparation and implementation of a long-term and optimal plan. Accordingly, the present study seeks to develop a new perspective based on environmental changes and with a futuristic viewpoint. The present study was applied based on the quantitative and qualitative data type and based on the research purpose. The descriptive-analytical method was used for doing research. The statistical population of the study is the managers, experts and clients of the Social Security Organization, which will be used to determine the sample size from the Morgan table, and according to the number of target community that is the organization's experts, of which 13 are. In the dimension of employees of a community organization, 60 employees were randomly selected, and in the customers' perspective, 300 of them were selected as the statistical population. To analyze the research findings, the Delphi method, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory, and David's SWOT method have been used to determine the strategy. The statistical tools of the mentioned methods are SPSS STATISTICS 21.0 software. The results of this study provide a new perspective for the social security organization by considering the structural components of the organization, communication with the client, the quality of life of the organization's employees and paying special attention to the changing future of the organization.

First this study has tried to provide a global perspective of intervention programs worldwide through documentary andlibrary methods by collecting and reporting on important government intervention programs in the field of street children. In the second step, the present study, considering its sociological and critical position, has evaluated these programs and tried to reveal the neoliberal view behind these programs and to clarify their role in the vulnerability and instability of these programs. In fact, through a meta-analysis of evaluations of successful programs, the neoliberal view is described as a set of policies and plans that prevent these programs from achieving the goal of permanently eliminating street child labor. The results of this study indicate that intervention programs are designed to increase economic growth and therefore suffer from disadvantages such as temporary, limited, disconnected and non-optimal. From the results obtained and according to the data of the analytical part of the research in the final part, a model has been designed and proposed based on the values of inclusiveness, integrity, quality and sustainability.

Previous research has shown that if we look at our feelings, thoughts, and behaviors from the perspective of others, rather than our own, that is, if we move away from ourselves, we can more easily control them, and current research hypothesized that if we use non-first-person pronouns (e.g., "he") and our own name to name ourselves instead of first-person pronouns (e.g., "I"), It becomes easier to get away from ourselves and then control ourselves. In order to test this hypothesis, a pilot experiment and a main experiment were performed. The Pilot experiment showed that the non-first-person group reported more than the first-person group seeing themselves from the perspective of others. In the main experiment, 86 female students with an average age of 21 years from Payam Noor University of Qom were sampled by convenience method and randomly assigned to two groups of first person (who thought about future stressful events with first person pronouns) and non-first person (who thought about the future stressful events with non-first-person pronouns and their names). Trait anxiety was measured by the Fear of Negative Evaluation Scale (Leary, 1983) and state anxiety was measured by a researcher-made test. participants then performed a social interaction, and five judges rated their social performance. Repeated measures ANCOVAs showed that after social interaction, non-first-person group's state anxiety decreased faster than that of first-person group and non-first-person group received better scores in social performance.

Empowerment refers to a process in which women have access to material and non-material resources and can influence their lives, choices and abilities. Empowerment has two dimensions, static and dynamic, and agency has an important effect in this process. In other words, empowerment includes three concepts of agency, processes/achievements and results. Empowerment has various economic, social, educational, personal and psychological dimensions and occurs when women can challenge the existing norms and culture and improve their lives. The above research was conducted with the aim of understanding the lived experiences of Kerman women of empowerment with the phenomenological method. In this research, interviews were conducted with 13 women who participated in the empowerment projects of Kerman, and these women were mainly people who were somehow involved in poverty and economic issues, and the text of the interviews after implementation in the software. Max Kyuda was coded, and finally 14 themes were extracted, which are: paradox of the big other, lack of cost in the predicted profession, failure of financial empowerment, perception of skill improvement, emergence of hope, feeling of being seen, equality and mutual respect, melting horizon. effective learning experience, synergy, enthusiasm for group activity, work as leisure, perception of incompleteness and discontinuity, perception of weak organization.

The precise question of this article is,” How did imprisoned male prisoners experience family and school? Did these experiences lead them toward social deviance? ether the prison can stop the cycle of returning to the prison of male prisoners. This research was conducted using the qualitative approach of grounded theory. Data were collected through observation and semi-structured interviews with 20 male prisoners aged 35 to 50 who had experienced committing a crime and returning to Prison. In this review, the theories of Foucault, Sutherland, Gottfredson, and Hirschi were considered for theoretical sensitivity. The research findings show that the male prisoners who have returned to prison often fall into two paradigms of "disoriented youth" and "ambitious without tools.” The result of both paradigms is imprisoned. In the first paradigm, family and school, as the primary socializing institutions, are not prepared to face the intense sexual desires of these young men. The young men were categorized as violented people against the rules. In the second paradigm, the young man goes through the excitement of adolescence more quickly, but at the same time, he is not ready to face newer challenges in the family, job, and education. The important thing is that all the people admitted to prison did not necessarily appear from within the delinquent subculture. Still, the inefficiency of family and, school, led to the fact that the person's lack of preparation to face the ups and downs of life is incomplete and ineffective.

The dispersion of study results reveals the need for research on the consequences of social support to achieve a relatively comprehensive picture of the findings and challenges. The purpose of study is classification of the variables related to the consequences of social support in Iranian society. The method used is systematic review. The statistical population included published scientific articles addressing issue of social support and its consequences. Related articles were searched in Iranian scientific databases. Based on the inclusion criterion, the most relevant articles with the objectives of the study (40 articles) were selected. To access the data of the articles, the data extraction worksheets were designed and adjusted in the form of twelve indicators and were completed based on the coding and annotations of each worksheet. After reviewing and comparing the worksheets for each article, the obtained data were collected and analyzed as well. A systematic review shows that the variable of social support as the variable studied in this study has been studied in relation to 18 variables; The variables identified as social support consequences in the reviewed studies are classified and summarized in four types of physical consequences, psychological consequences, social consequences and cultural-attitudinal consequences. Psychological, social, and cultural-attitudinal variables separately have the highest frequency in 12.5% of cases and physical variables in 2.5% of cases have the least importance among the authors of the researched researches. Mental health and quality of life were the most repeated among the consequences of social support in the reviewed articles.

The present study investigates the causal, contextual, and interventionist conditions of the phenomenon of gender identity disorder, using the "grounded theory" approach. In this regard, the researcher analyzed and interpreted the strategies and consequences of the phenomenon. To achieve this goal, in-depth interviews were conducted with 11 patients who suffered from a gender identity disorder, and three focus group sessions were held with 30 patients. The results indicated that gender identity disorders are a multifaceted phenomenon and its various dimensions have made this phenomenon an inevitable crisis. This phenomenon occurs under conditions such as psychological and mental conflicts, lack of positive feelings about physical characteristics, and occurrences of conflicts with gender which eventually lead to a romantic relationship with the opposite gender and intercourse with homosexuals. Actors in these situations either find gender reassignment surgery a strategy for resolving their gender crisis, or marriage as a strategy offered by their family. In some cases, they suppress and hide their sexual feelings, and follow actions in line with their current gender. These cases will lead to the risky exposure of transsexuals to the post-operative world of gender change.

Abstract:The present study is conducted to understand and explain this initial question.: "What has been the impact of cyberspace on the families of Semnan city during the last three decades?" Adopting the Emic approach, we applied the grounded theory method and semi-structured interview technique based on theoretical saturation. 22 parents have been interviewed. The outbreak of coronavirus has given rise to this sub-question: "How has cyberspace changed the interactions of family members during the outbreak of corona virus? 178 concepts, 12 sub-categories, and 3 major categories were formed out of 1650 data. Findings show that the prevalence of COVID-19 increases the influence of the Internet in the family and consequently causes the transformation of family members' interactions. We are witnessing the formation of the "Stem Virtual Family" which is a sign of the dynamism of the family institution. Parents are divided into three categories: satisfied, dissatisfied, and desperate, and we observe the strengthening of the phenomenon of "hotel family" and "helicopter parents".

Hope for the future in recent social science studies indicates a positive assessment of the improvement of economic and social conditions. Evaluation of one's future is greatly influenced by evaluation of past trends and the current state of society. In fact, respondents' assessment of the future is a kind of critique of the current and past situation and policies; A kind of reflection evaluation and critique of the continuity and stickiness of current policies. This perception is reminiscent of the historical nature of the issue of hope. In this paper, society’s assessment of the future is reviewed based on data from the National Social Health Survey. In this survey, which was conducted in 2018, the respondents' assessment of the future situation was sought in eight economic and social areas: welfare status, happiness, moral and religious values, economic status, status of empathy, housing status, health status, and employment status. One question is asked about each of these, and the three options "gets better", "does not change", and "gets worse" are presented to the respondents. Putting the data of this survey with the two surveys of Iranians 'values and attitudes and social capital over time shows the declining trend of Iranians' hopeful assessment of the future. Using the data in the analytical and statistical reports of related areas such as poverty, unemployment, regional inequalities and the status of the provinces, etc., the relationship between the survey data and the actual situation of the society is explained.

In the present study, the researchers used the method of analyzing the temporal analysis and secondary data to investigate the difference in mental well-being between the two provinces of Semnan and Kurdistan based on the themes of religion, ethnicity and ethnic culture, sense of justice, and the impact of the social environment. The statistical population of the research was in the qualitative section of 31 experts in the field of humanities in both provinces. According to the results of religion, the important and effective content on the level of mental well-being is the happiness of individuals and this theme is more important among residents of Semnan province.Ethnicity and ethnic culture are more important for the people of Kurdistan province and affect their sense of vitality and happiness and the sense of social solidarity. Mental health is recognized as one of the inseparable and essential dimensions of health and achieving it without recognizing and overcoming the challenges and obstacles in this area is far from the mind. At present, the treatment of people with mental disorders has changed from a mere drug therapy to a teamwork approach and social workers as a member of the treatment team can play a constructive role in promoting patient well-being. The present study tries to understand the problems and obstacles in the treatment of people with mental disorders and also to recognize the strategies of social workers, in order to improve the well-being of these people. The purpose of this study was to investigate the social resilience of economic organizations against institutional anomie at the level of non-governmental economic organizations (Iranian Home Appliance Industry Association) with an institutional analysis approach. The research was conducted from 1399 to 1400. The type of research method is qualitative and the type of data analysis method is inductive thematic analysis. The data collection technique was episodic interview. The research population includes all members of the association, 21 of whom were purposefully selected. Findings showed the foundations of institutional anomie can be traced at both macro and micro levels. At the macro level, the change of fundamental structures, the establishment of society in a state of transition, and the emergence of new spirits in Iranians led to the creation of the mentioned anomie. At the micro level, the failure to achieve common values and ideals paved the way for anomie, and the inconsistency of actors' cultural tools and rules to achieve a common goal, the quest for transformation, exacerbated that anomie. Contrasting to Merton's theory of anomie, in this study it was found that, it is possible for actors to act simultaneously in the form of two or more of these cultural patterns. Given the simultaneous commitment of the members of that association to the model of "adaptation and conformity" plus "innovation and innovation", the model of "transformational adaptation" can be added to the models mentioned by Merton that Indicates creative resilience

The purpose of this study was to deeply understand the Causes and consequences of sexual violence in homeless women. The method of the present study is qualitative and grounded theory and the data were collected using semi-structured deep interview technique. 19 participants were selected through theoretical and purposeful sampling and information saturation criteria. After analyzing the information, the research findings, on the causal dimension of factors such as addiction and addictive behaviors, economic dependency, daily life style and spatial domains, on the contextual dimension, such as, social exclusion, disruption of family relationships, urban disorganization neighborhoods and the escalating risk of being victimized, and finally, the interventionist dimension of the concepts of inability to pursue justice and the continuation of violence, lack of support and social policies, were extracted. The central theme or phenomenon of research is the inevitability of sexual violence in homeless women. The strategies of homeless women to deal with the current situation are adaptive and change-oriented. Along with the social work attitude, any intervention in the situation of the homeless requires a comprehensive and systematic look at the different dimensions of the problem, its needs and challenges.

The epidemic of COVID 19 has affected Iran as well of other countries. The aim of the present study is to analyze the perception and interpretation of Iranian citizens about this epidemics in the first stage. The study was performed qualitatively and the data were collected in March 1398 and April 1399 with saturation criteria with 20 citizens by semi-structured interview method. Thematic analysis method has been used to analyze data. The results of the study showed that people experience a kind of social anxiety from the crisis in the country. The way the government operates and is managed by the relevant authorities has caused dissatisfaction and a kind of public distrust. There is also this distrust of the media. The effects of epidemics on jobs and living problems have created a kind of anxious social sphere. However, the formation of a sphere of intimacy in families, and spiritual self-improvement were among the positive experiences of the participants in this study. The five main themes of crisis management research were social distrust, virus economics, psycho-health pressures, and positive rethinking.Based on the results of the research, in the current and future epidemics, it is recommended for policymakers to build social trust and increase awareness in the field of individual-social health.According to the research results, social work at the individual and community level can play an active role in epidemics. The Relationship Between "Social Support" and "Resiliency" Among Cancer Patients Mohammad Rajeiyan[1] , Naser Goodarzi[2] Received: 9/10/2015 Accepted: 25/4/2016 Abstract: Today, though people live with cancer for a longer period, the concern about the problems cancer patients and their families are increasing. In this context, the results of several studies suprrt that access to social suport of cancer patients has some effect on adaptation and resistance against the disease. Accordingly, in the present study with survey method using a questionnaire, to study the relationship between social support and resiliency among cancer patients was discussed. The population of this research include block blood patients of Imam Reza (AS) hospital the Army of Islamic republic of Iran Who; from the date on 2015/01/05 till 2015/02/20 have been in the hospital or have been referred for outpatient treatment. The number of these patients was 100, which uses Morgan table, 80 samples were selected based on availability sample method. Data analysis using statistical software SPSS (version 18) and to test the hypotheses, Pearson correlation coefficient and multivariate linear regression were used. The findings suggest that there is a significant relationship between social support and resiliency. Results of regression analysis shows that the correlation between social support and resiliency is equal to 0.66 and also, the coefficient of determination (R2=0.43) in regression equation confirms that social support are able to predict 43% of the variances of resiliency in among cancer patients. Thus, it can be said that, despite the physical hardships faced by cancer patients, appropriate social support can be provide to strengthen the resilience of the patients moved and finally, it can be expected that adaptation and coping with cancer increase in people with this disease. Abstract Empowering in social work is an intervention strategy for helping families that have risk factors in their mental health. This study evaluated the effect of an empowering model on improving the mental health of women with husbands who have chronic mental disease. In this experimental research study (pre-test, post-test and follow-up design with control group), 40 women whose husbands lived with chronic mental disease and were clients of Farshchian hospital in 2012 were selected and randomly assigned into experimental and control groups. The experimental group attended eight sessions of empowerment training and the control group received no intervention. The SCL-90 Questionnaire was used to gather information on the mental health of the participants. To examine significances, variance analyses (ANOVA) and Tukey tests were used. The findings indicated that the empowering modelhad a significant effect on the improvement of women’s mental health in the experimental group in comparison with the control group on the SCL-90-R Questionnaire (P=0/01) in both the posttest and follow-up. The empowering model for improving the mental health of women whose husbands had chronic mental disease was effective and could potentially improve the quality of life of both patients and their families. Abstract The purpose of this article is to examine the prevalence and different types of domestic violence and its related factors among married young women in the city of Tehran. The data was gathered using a survey with a sample size of 405 married women under the age of 30 in Tehran. Combined theories that emphasize the multidimensionality of violence and its determinants based on the interaction of individuals, the family and social forces were used. The results indicated that women have experienced five types of domestic violence, including physical, psychological, verbal, sexual, and economic violence. Verbal violence was the most prevalent and sexual violence was the least prevalent among the different types of domestic violence. A multivariate analysis revealed that prevalence of violence was significantly higher among couples with inappropriate (early or arranged) marriages, families with a non-cooperative power structure, low social class groups, and unemployed women. These factors have accounted about 40 percent of domestic violence prevalence. Marriage education for young people, communication skills training, women's access to resources and opportunities, and social support are recommended. In the last two decades, with the discovery and development of HIV / AIDS control drugs, it has become possible to transform it from a deadly and uncontrollable illness to a chronic controlled illness . The emergence of such a situation, along with the social stigma and the complex dimensions of the illness, makes the issue of patients' strategies for life management of particular importance.Examined the illness in a sample of 31 people. The research population was people living with HIV/AIDS in Tehran who were selected through behavioral illness counseling centers and purposeful sampling in the 2019-2020 years. The study method was qualitative and with semi-structured interview tools, the collected information was analyzed by three-step coding in a thematic (thematic) manner. Based on the research findings, patients use five strategies to manage life after illness: disclosure management, relationship management, participation in the illness , self-empowerment and recourse to religion. These strategies are abstracted from 11 subcategories and 30 concepts. Based on the findings, AIDS prevention, providing a platform for patients to participate and provide the necessary support can help them in the optimal management of life after the illness and at the same time help them in voluntary activities related to the illness.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of economic poverty in social and political participation and social harms in deprived neighborhoods of Javanrood Quantitative research method was selected using a survey, the statistical population was 16404 people and the sample size was 376 people. The multi-stage cluster questionnaire was completed. Findings showed that less than 20% of respondents had a washing machine, computer, personal library and home furniture at home. Between 20 and 40 percent of respondents in their family have been involved with at least one social injury. Social and political participation has been below average. Regression analysis showed that the coefficient of impact of economic poverty on social participation was 0.13 and political participation was -0.22, ie the more economically poor people were the less social participation and the more political participation. The results of logistic regression analysis showed that respondents with less poverty were less likely to experience social harms, conflict, running away from home, divorce and addiction in their families. Conversely, they were more likely to experience social harms such as domestic violence, dropouts, child labor, and a history of imprisonment. In general, it can be concluded that poverty in the study population, as well as their education, income and occupation, has shown that poverty is a capability and structure that this poverty has shown in access to sustainable livelihood facilities and the formation of a kind of Social harms, social and political participation has led to deprived neighborhoods of Javanrood.

This study examined the relationship between personality traits and the social health of chemically poisonedveterans of the Iran- Iraq war and also investigated the relationship between the relative contributions of each of these traits in explaining social health. This study is a correlational study with questionnaires and a survey method. The population included victims of chemical warfare in the city of Sardasht and Stratified Disproportionate sampling and the Cochran formula of 400 participants were recruited.The results indicated that the social health of victims with an average of 99.28 was at a moderate level,and among all the personality traits studied, extraversion(28%) ,flexibility (14%), conscience (15%) and amiability(14%) were significantly related to social health.Regression analysis also showed that 34 percent of the Dependent variability is explained by the characteristics of personality. Considering the principles of involvement and individuality in the services provided by the Martyr Foundation, improving employment, improving immunization and involving chemically poisoned veterans of war in social activities are the most important factors in improving social health among this group. The Sociological Explanation of the Effect of Lifestyle on the Attitude towards Divorce among Couples referring to the Welfare Organization Centers in Guilan Reza Jafari Sadehi[1] , Hossein Agha-Jani Marsa[2] Amir Masoud Amir Mazaheri[3] Received: 11/06/2017 Accepted: 05/09/2017 Abstract The goal of this research was to study the mediating role of lifestyle on the relationship between economic-cultural capital and the attitude to divorce. The study is a survey of the casual comparative method. The theoretical framework of the study consists of theories by Weber, Simmel, Giddens, Chaney, Weblen and Chaney. The research sample included 278 divorced spouses who had referred to the Welfare Organization centers in Guilan. They were selected through random sampling and were asked to complete a questionnaire on attitude to divorce and economic-cultural capital. The conceptual model in this research was evaluated through a path analysis with an Amos of 18. The measured relative and absolute indexes confirmed the model. This suggests that the impact of cultural and economic capital on lifestyle mediation in the attitude to divorce is meaningful. The impact of cultural capital on lifestyle is significant but not for the attitude to divorce but the attitude toward divorce changes significantly.
