This study examined the relationship between&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;personality traits and the social health of chemically poisonedveterans of the Iran-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Iraq war and also investigated the relationship between the relative contributions of&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;each of these traits in explaining social health. This study is a correlational study&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;with questionnaires and a survey method. The population included victims of&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;chemical warfare in the city of Sardasht and Stratified Disproportionate sampling&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;and the Cochran formula of 400 participants were recruited.The results indicated&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;that the social health of victims with an average of 99.28 was at a moderate level,and&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;among all the personality traits studied, extraversion(28%) ,flexibility (14%),&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;conscience (15%) and amiability(14%) were significantly related to social&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;health.Regression analysis also showed that 34 percent of the Dependent variability&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;is explained by the characteristics of personality. Considering the principles of&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;involvement and individuality in the services provided by the Martyr Foundation,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;improving employment, improving immunization and involving chemically&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;poisoned veterans of war in social activities are the most important factors in&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;improving social health among this group.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Key Words: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Social health, Personality traits, Chemically poisoned veterans of war&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;</Abstract>
