At present, the treatment of people with mental disorders has changed from a mere drug therapy to a teamwork approach and social workers as a member of the treatment team can play a constructive role in promoting patient well-being. The present study tries to understand the problems and obstacles in the treatment of people with mental disorders and also to recognize the strategies of social workers, in order to improve the well-being of these people. In this research, qualitative method and content analysis have been used to analyze the data. For this purpose, 18 social workers and 7 clinical psychologists were selected through purposive sampling and in-depth and semi-structured interviews were conducted<br />The results include 8 main themes including performance change, awareness vacuum, stigma, abandonment policy and legal vacuum, commodification of treatment, structural barriers, and social work strategies. Finally, we summarize the actions provided or can be provided by social workers سلامت روان به عنوان یکی از ابعاد جدایی‌ناپذیر و ضروری سلامت شناخته می‌شود و دستیابی به آن بدون شناخت و عبور از چالش‌ها و موانع موجود در این حیطه دور از ذهن است. در حال حاضر درمان افراد با اختلال روان از درمان دارویی صرف، به رویکرد کار تیمی تغییر یافته است و مددکاران اجتماعی به عنوان عضوی از تیم درمان می‌توانند در ارتقای بهزیستی بیماران نقش سازنده ایفا نمایند. پژوهش حاضر می‌کوشد تا با درک مشکلات و موانع موجود در مسیر درمان افراد دارای اختلال روان و همچنین شناخت راهبردهای مددکاران اجتماعی، در راستای ارتقای بهزیستی این افراد گام بردارد. در این پژوهش از روش کیفی و تحلیل مضمون برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شده است. برای این منظور 18 مددکار اجتماعی و 7 روانشناس بالینی از طریق نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده‌اند و مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختاریافته به عمل آمد. نتایج به دست آمده شامل 8 مضمون اصلی شامل تغییر در عملکرد، خلأ آگاهی، انگ، سیاست‌ ناگذاری و خلأ قانونی، کالایی شدن درمان، موانع ساختاری، راهبردهای مددکاری اجتماعی می‌باشد که در نهایت جمع بندی از اقدامات ارائه شده و یا قابل ارائه توسط مددکاران اجتماعی می‌پردازیم. https://rjsw.atu.ac.ir/article_14628_bf2d393bc9e2e34fd5705f92a5cebe79.pdf
