The dispersion of study results reveals the need for research on the consequences of social support to achieve a relatively comprehensive picture of the findings and challenges. The purpose of study is classification of the variables related to the consequences of social support in Iranian society. The method used is systematic review. The statistical population included published scientific articles addressing issue of social support and its consequences. Related articles were searched in Iranian scientific databases. Based on the inclusion criterion, the most relevant articles with the objectives of the study (40 articles) were selected. To access the data of the articles, the data extraction worksheets were designed and adjusted in the form of twelve indicators and were completed based on the coding and annotations of each worksheet. After reviewing and comparing the worksheets for each article, the obtained data were collected and analyzed as well. A systematic review shows that the variable of social support as the variable studied in this study has been studied in relation to 18 variables; The variables identified as social support consequences in the reviewed studies are classified and summarized in four types of physical consequences, psychological consequences, social consequences and cultural-attitudinal consequences. Psychological, social, and cultural-attitudinal variables separately have the highest frequency in 12.5% of cases and physical variables in 2.5% of cases have the least importance among the authors of the researched researches. Mental health and quality of life were the most repeated among the consequences of social support in the reviewed articles.

Objective: By considering the fact that the medical staff were under a lot of pressure with inadequate facilities during the coronavirus outbreak, the purpose of the present research is trying to find out more about the causes, and to find out the areas affecting mental health of emergency workers. Method: The research method is qualitative and is based on grounded theory. Necessary data was collected and adjusted from 25 personnel of this organization by means of targeted sampling, based on included criteria. A semi-structured interview has been used as a data collection tool. The three methods of control or validation by members, analytical comparisons, and the use of audit techniques have been used to reach the criterion of reliability. Findings: According to the results taken from stressful work and social environments/risk of mistakes and occurrence of work accidents are among the most important causal conditions. In addition, unfavorable status of job rights and benefits/dignity and perceived social trust as intervening factors, lack of trust in Management and cultural-educational infrastructural (weakness) as background conditions, corrective measures of the government/increasing the level of public awareness as action-interactions and behavioral-functional reaction/physical-psychological symptoms are all specified as consequences of such a working environment.

The aim of this study was to compare mental health, social capital and gender role identity of user and non-user students in social networks. The method of this research is descriptive-comparative. The statistical population of this study included all gifted high school students in Tabrizthat of these, 120 students according to scores of 23-46 in the mobile-based social network addiction questionnaire as non-user students and 120 students with scores higher than 46 in the questionnaire as user students after matching and using Multi-stage and purposive cluster sampling methods were selected. Data were collected using Goldberg and Hiller (1979) Mental Health Questionnaire, Putnam Social Capital (2000) and Bem Gender Identity (1974). Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of varianceThe results of multivariate analysis of variance showed that there is a significant difference between user and non-user students in social networks in terms of mental health, social capital and identity of gender role. In addition, the results of Scheffe post hoc test also showed that social network users have significantly lower mental health (p=0.001) and social capital (p=0.003) than non-social network users, as well as gender role identity and they also have a more attenuated gender role identity (p=0.001). Findings of this study help to recognize the very important differences between users of social networks and non-users of these networks in terms of mental health, social capital and gender role identity and highlights the need to promote mental health, social capital, and the gender role of students using social media.

The dispersion of the study results reveals the need for a systematic review of research on mental health determinants in order to achieve a relatively comprehensive picture of the findings and challenges of the study. The purpose of this study is to identify and classify the variables related to mental health in Iranian society. The main question of the study is that in domestic research in 2006-2010, the subject of mental health has been considered by social science researchers in relation to what variables? Systematic review of 30 selected research articles shows that mental health is affected by 36 variables in four types of social, cultural, contextual and psychological, the product of social and cultural conditions. Social variables have the highest frequency in 36.6% of cases and psychological variables in 23.4% of cases have the least importance among the authors of the reviewed studies. This result indicates the importance of social conditions and confirms the global scientific findings regarding the greater share of social determinants - than individual and psychological determinants - in health and disease, and in particular health and mental illness. Cultural and contextual variables each separately in 30% of studies have attracted the attention of researchers. Lack of executive solution in studies, refusal of domestic researchers to use qualitative and interpretive methods, and disregard for the type of relationship between political structure and components with mental health are among the most central aspects neglected in the reviewed research.
